Missions
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20
The Call to Go
As Matthew 28 outlines our call to spread the Gospel, we answer in multiple ways. From community outreach, supporting local non-profits, funding oversees operations and church plants, and sending members to our nation and the nations of the world, we are doing our best to fulfill the Great Commission.
Below you will find a few of the ways we take part in the Great Commission. There are so many opportunities for members to serve and to participate in our mission effort. Our Missions Team would love to have your participation in local, state/nation, and oversees efforts.
Local Support
Piedmont Womens Center
We support Piedmont Women’s Center as they provide free pregnancy tests and counseling to young women in need.
Good News Club
We provide a once a week afterschool program at Beech Springs Intermediate School. With songs, activities, and Bible lessons, many children have come into the knowledge of Jesus and how much he loves them.
Local Relief Centers and Nursing Homes
Some of these efforts include the Reed House, Breaking Bread for Jesus, Ashlan Village, and others. These are ongoing support roles and we would love to have your support in helping these centers.
Trail Life USA
Teaching the next generation of young boys about God using His creation with adventure, character, and leadership being the key motivators.
Trail Life meets every other Monday at 6:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall
National Support

Bring help, hope, and healing during local, state, national, and international disasters. This is an effort of the Southern Baptist Convention.
